We want to become a go to brand to offer high quality, on time, hassle free Home D'cor service to new home owners/existing home owners. We are looking for a category leader with deep expertise in- building out Home Improvement Services (Civil, Plumbing, Painting etc.), onboarding/managing contractual workforce, defining end to end customer journeys, and handling P&amp;L responsibility for his/her category.&nbsp; Responsibilities Category Strategy: Improve existing category operations to increase conversions, reduce design TAT, and provide hassle free installation experience to customers. PnL Management: Identify methods to increase our gross margins without increasing the price for the customer. Vendor Management: Onboard/manage high quality Painting/Wallpaper service partners. Ensure partners adhere to SLAs set in place and deliver perfect finish. Category Operations: Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual revenue and NPS targets. Customer Experience: Work closely with product and tech team to enable customers to automate design to purchase order flow. New Initiatives: Build, Launch and Test end to end Painting/Wallpaper offering for existing homeowners. What are we looking for? - 3-5 years post MBA experience - Currently leading/playing a crucial role to build the Home Improvement category at a high growth startup/established company. - Familiar with on ground challenges to manage contractual workers, customer escalations, site operations. - Track record of identifying and fixing urgent and important ops problems. - Customer Centric. Brings a customer's point of view to any discussion. - Can work with large no. of stakeholders to get things done. - Strong Analytical Mindset
