The candidate will be mentored to take higher responsibilities with time.   Essential Qualifications : CA/ MBA (Tier I / II Institutes)   - Experience preferably in any HFCs, NBFCs, Banks - real estate vertical, Consulting firms - Real Estate Segment  - We value entrepreneurial candidates with character and judgement.  - Broad responsibilities at start  - Part of the business strategy and development team  - Work closely with senior management team on variety of assignments across different verticals advancing our value creation   - Conduct primary and secondary research in real estate industry to support strategy execution  - Active engagement with financial institutions  - On going Market, customer and industry analysis  - Develop robust models for market sizing and make use of existing models  - Should be able to work in unstructured environment and make sense of discrete and disconnected data to come with logical conclusions  - Other internal assignments in the hyper growth phase of the company.
