- Lead financial and business partnerships in the housing finance domain

- Provide financial and business analytic decision to business partners and various organizational stakeholders.

- Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes, and establish and organize KPIs in line with company directives.

- Business Analyst will liaison between HCPL and other service providers, stakeholders, etc

- Coordinates with Business to gather requirements, Design Documents, Business/ Data Flow Diagrams and other available artefacts.

- Provides requirement understanding Walkthrough to Technology Development Team

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships across different functions and levels in the organisation.

- Work closely with one or more functions on critical assignments in business/people development

- Produce executive-level reports and representations based on internal company metrics and external market research

- Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify opportunities across the business in the BFSI sector

- Organized approach with attention to details, problem solving and effective communication & coordination with all stakeholders.
