The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring right talent & manage the overall recruitment status for the business through different channels that meets the growing needs of organization.
- Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end to end Recruitment Process for Bangalore Office
- Partnering with business heads, understanding requirements and ensuring timely closure of mandates
- Extensive Experience in Bulk/Volume hiring and should have expertise analyzing projected head count increase
- Sourcing the best talent through Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Advertisements, Networking Sites, etc.
- Comprehensive stakeholder management at every stage of recruitment process.
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards Mass & Mid-Mass hiring with proficiency in regional Languages
- Industry- mapping and tracking to source manpower to work experience, job profile, fitment, functional expertise and organizational set ups.
Desired profile :
- Expert in recruitment, should have at-least 7 years of experience as a recruitment specialist.
- Excellent account management/ stakeholder management skills.
- Keen strategist who can introduce new recruitment techniques like head-hunting, industry mapping, Direct Sourcing etc.
- Should be proficient in Hindi/English Languages, exposure to regional language would be an add on advantage
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extensive experience of BPO hiring in Mass & Mid-Mass recruitment.
