Vice President- Fund Raising & Investor Relation


Objective (Purpose of the Job) : Raise funds through capital market instruments. Manage the relationship with various Rating Agencies, Banks, Mutual funds & trustees. Ensure compliance for documentation, timely reporting, MIS & remittances.


Dimensions (The significant quantities on which the job has an impact ) :

- Managing relationship with bankers and funding partners

- To arrange timely the funding requirement for the business

Required Know-how and skills :

- MBA in finance with 12+ years of work experience

- Fluent in local language and English

- Have managed banking relationships and raised funding from banks/ financial institutions

- Preferably from NBFC/ Banks

- Ability to drive and influence

- Negotiation skills

- Strong communication skills

- Have experience of securitization transaction

Key Responsibilities :

- Managing relationship with the Banks & Institutions for raising Debt through capital market instruments - NCDs/ Bonds/ Commercial Paper/Securitization

- Liaison with Rating Agencies for surveillance exercise, Legal Advisors & Due Diligence Auditors for funding related activities.

- Co-Ordinating with legal team for closure of funding related documents and agreements.

- Responsible for various MIS & reports for both internal analysis or to be provided to Rating Agencies, Investors & Alliance partners.

- Managing required compliance for capital market instrument
