Summary  The incumbent of this position would be responsible to create and maintain (control) various payment channel options for the company, resulting in reliable, sustainable network of payment channel operations, which allow HCIN to grow business in India  Job Responsibilities:   - Responsible for conducting market research - searching for options of Payment Channels & technologies  - Responsible for alliances, acquisitions and managing partners   - Vendors preparation management and setting up of processes  - Responsible for creating accessible payment channels; by keeping an eye on latest trends. Alignment of business and technical solutions with partners  - Development of internal/existing payment channels  - Setting up required IT readiness  - Liaison with partners/vendors  - Responsible for PAN India launch and governance  - Responsible to lower down the cost of existing payment channels  - Negotiate for resources on task execution with low-mid level management.   - Responsible for the creation and dissemination of reports for Projects on a regular basis.  - Responsible for negotiating the commercials & terms & conditions with existing vendors every quarter.   Desired Profile:   - Total Experience: 6-8 years  - Project Management/ Product experience- 2 years minimum  - MBA/Post Graduation- Preferred   - Negotiation capability  - Excellent Vendor Management skills  - Good to have- Fair knowledge of payment/Fintech industry  Who should join-   Candidate having the following:  - Communication skills - ability to advise others and manage divergent interest and perspectives.
