Summary - To develop and implement organization-wide L&amp;D facilitation for Senior and Top Management Professionals that drives employee development and capacity building in accordance with the Business requirement. Job Responsibilities - 1. Conduct Training Need Analysis, identify current &amp; future development needs &amp; capacity building requirements at functional/departmental/organizational level 2. Conceptualization &amp; Development of training content and instructional design in line with the Training Roadmap 3. Provide thought leadership around design &amp; delivery of in-house training sessions, relevant external training programs, conferences, mentoring, self-learning &amp; other methods as appropriate, in tandem with the L&amp;D budget 4. Delivering and anchoring soft skills, behavioral, leadership and motivation based training sessions &amp; certification for senior to top level management 5. Collaborate with department leads and HRBP leads to ensure that development programs are embedded and practiced 6. Research, evaluate and leverage L&amp;D trends, developments &amp; best practices across organizations to improvise the quality and expand the accessibility of development programs 7. Conduct impact analysis &amp; collate feedback to measure training effectiveness &amp; suggest process improvements accordingly 8. Train, coach, and groom other trainers to enhance efficiency and effectiveness 9. Manage key vendor relationships for specialized training programs to be executed as and when desired Desired Profile - Educational Qualifications: Master's Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Social Welfare Knowledge / Experience: 1. At least 10-14 years of relevant work experience in L&amp;D Domain as a training consultant for Sr. Management / Top Management or an internal trainer facing CEO / CEO-1 population. 2. Should be well versed with L&amp;D systems &amp; processes, content development, training delivery &amp; Evaluation of training effectiveness 3. Should have implemented innovative L&amp;D techniques across Managerial &amp; Leadership Development Areas and have run targeted development programs 4. Should have exposure to authoring tools, LMS, e-learning development systems, tools &amp; Resources Who Should Join - 1. Must have excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal &amp; stakeholder management skills to operate in a multi-cultural environment and proven ability to interact with all levels of the Organization 2. Must be highly presentable and dynamic individual with high level of enthusiasm &amp; convincing skills 3. Must be well organized, self-driven, able to prioritize and manage time to deliver results in a fast-paced and large organizational setup
