Senior Manager - Joint Lending Objective of the Job :&nbsp; The position holder will be responsible to lead in Liasioning with Bank / Joint Lending Partner. Also, will be responsible to ensure close coordination internally with various departments for smooth functioning for JL tie-up and ensure timely launch of any such new tie-ups. Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Close coordination with partner. This includes regular communication and meetings. - Preparation/ coordination for all the data required by partner regarding company's business &amp; performance. - Work with various internal department to align processes with partner for JL tie-ups - Ensure closing all day to day operational queries / requests asked by partner for smooth functioning to tie-up - Working with internal department for alignment of joint process with partner. - Finalizing legal docs with partner required for any JL tie-up - Controlling/ monitoring existing tie-up closely with various reports Required Candidate profile :&nbsp; - MBA in Finance or CA - Prior experience of 5-9 years in banks/NBFC - Knowledge of financial lending, corporate tie-ups / partnership, Fund raising/ treasury - Financial analysis and modelling - Should have experience in dealing with banks and corporate finance - Excellent communication skills - Self driven and goal oriented
