Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the business in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders of the Company- Bankers, Regulator, related policy makers of the Central Government, in ensuring that the business in India does not face any major obstacles in carrying out its operations, and that the current challenges in its road to growth are managed and handled deftly, proactively &amp; promptly through public policy advocacy. Job Responsibilities: - Organization and management of GR along with leader of GR team - Relationship with governments and regulator offices (RBI, TRAI) - Reports and keeps records of all GR Activities in region and stakeholder management maps - Coordinate with VP GR for PR and CSR functions&nbsp; - Actively work with PR on media coverage on financial literacy financial inclusion and importance that HCIN attaches to those aspects topics which will help us to push important GR agenda - Follow up on stakeholder management maps Desired Profile: - 12+ years of relevant experience - Candidate should have overall experience in dealing with the government - Exposure of working in a geographically diverse organization Who should join? - Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment - Excellent problem- solving - Very high on people agility - Strong business acumen - Strategic perspective
