Home Credit - Senior Manager - Financial IT Controls

Objective :

The role holder is expected to manage the entire lifecycle and execution of the financial IT controls in IT department. The role holder will act in strong cooperation with FP&A( Financial planning & Analysis) department of HCIN( Home Credit India) and FP&A team in Home Credit International.

Key objectives of the role are following :

- Fulfill IT 3bln Rp budget lifecycle ensuring adequate numbers to achieve business goals and balanced budget

- Fulfill IT Cost allocation as per guidelines and processes set by Finance & IT controls

- Develop Financial metrics for IT Processes and ensure their fulfillment across HCIN IT organization

- Develop with FP&A in HCIN and HCI best practices for financial IT Controls and turn them to practice,

- Develop and Provide accurate reports linked to financial IT controls

Key Responsibility :

Plan and Organize, Acquire and Implement, Deliver and support, Monitor and Evaluate :

- Financial roadmap for ICT department (value - enable timely decisions of key ICT investments over time during the financial year)

- Financial metrics for ICT department towards strategic alignment between business and ICT (value - ensure that baseline for financial aspect of IT management is achieved for all lines/levels of IT management)

- IT Fin Control Policies, Processes and their elements (checklists, procedures); value - Ensure enduring value of IT Fin control through documentation and enforcement

- IT Fin Control work space on hub for the ICT department; Value - transfer responsibility for execution of IT Fin Control Routines to respective managers and have easy mechanism to track the fulfillment

- Analytical evidence of IT Department resource utilization, project x cost center mapping and tracking

University degree in Economy field, IT background - understanding of :

- Projects delivery

- Service delivery
