Home Credit - Senior Manager - Big Data

Objective:

The objective of the job role is to ensure continuous addition of new big data sources to HCIN UW strategy and other processes. Improved use of existing ones, to maximize risk mitigation and automation of application process, ensure robust execution of proof-of-concept (PoC) tests and subsequent system implementations of new data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement robust review mechanisms to track progress and for identification of opportunities to external/internal data usage

- Execution of external data trial tests and assessments of results

- Search for new predictors within already connected external sources

- Leading external source data implementation projects, business project leadership for external sources implementation

- Organize work and manage stakeholders well

- Building reports and the whole reporting structure for management review (different levels of reporting)

- Implement and act in accordance with the organization's information security policy to ensure data sanctity

- Monitoring of external sources data quality

Desired Skills:

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering, statistics, mathematics, IT, physics or business related discipline preferred

- Hand-on experience in the field of Data Science

- Programming skills (Python, R etc.)

- Expertise in working with SQL (Oracle preferred)

- Statistical data analysis using regression (linear, logistic), clustering algorithms and Practical experience in maximizing value from the data (feature engineering, use of data in processes outside of risk, etc.)

- Practical experience in analysis of massive data sets

Nice to have areas :

- Scoring development know-how, experience with statistical packages

- Knowledge about risk areas, such as underwriting, collections, anti-fraud
