Key Responsibility:
Roll out Management:
- Manage assigned city rollout to meat goals - SLA and manage scope, cost, time and quality aspects.
- Identify key stakeholders and team members for rollout needed and assign individual responsibilities.
- Create and execute city rollout plans and revise as appropriate to meet SLAs.
- Track rollout progress and document project actions, risks, issues and decisions and escalate where appropriate.
- Create rollout budgets and track performance against budget.
- Maintain rollout documentation repository up to date.
- Document lessons learned, develop action plans to address lessons learned.
- Track actual spend against assigned project budget.
- Resolve scheduling and resource conflicts in rollout team.
- Vendor management.
People Management:
- Manage and motivate rollout team members to achieve and deliver.
- Consistently acknowledge and appreciate team member's contributions.
Communication:
- Hold team meetings and keep staff up to date with rollout progress.
- Circulate updated plans, meeting minutes, status reports and other relevant information to rollout team, SMT and steering group.
- Escalate rollout risks and issues to appropriate level of management
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to SMT, steering group and other stakeholders.
