Summary -&nbsp; A Principal Officer will be responsible for revenue generation through Business relationships with Insurance Companies at PAN India level. Job Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Developing profitable and productive business relationships and liaising with Insurance companies. - Own the strategy and roadmap for insurance business area. - Guiding the relevant products through all phases of the development process (product lifecycle) including internal process gates required for senior management approval, as well as ensuring the acceptability of the product in the market - Continuously track and report key product metrics and taking the corrective action if required. - Liasioning with insurance companies to ensure product development and sale of Insurance products in line with customer expectations. - Work closely with Insurance regulatory body to ensure business compliance within the evolving regulatory framework. - Liasioning with IRDA and ensuring compliance to all stated regulations and guidelines and timely submissions of all mandatory reports to IRDA. - Track regulatory changes, identify potential risks and design necessary improvisation to comply with regulations. - Looking over the regulatory and other financial parameters required to be observed for insurance sales Desired Profile: - Graduate/Post Graduate/Chartered accountant - IRDA Certified - Prior experience in similar roles - 10+ of relevant work experience - Certification through a Professional Training and Examination Who should join? - Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail - Commitment to teamwork and business objectives - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
