Manager Treasury (Securitization)

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary :

Responsible for securitization in terms of negotiating and finalizing with Investors on the structure and closing the Documentation and other calculations pertaining to securitization. Should be well versed with guidelines of 2006 and 2012 guidelines and guidelines pertaining to the structure

Job Responsibilities:

- Negotiating and Finalizing with Investors on the structure and closing the Documentation pertaining to securitization

- Liason with existing and proposed investors for securitization transactions

- Identification of Pool of receivables with respect to guidelines pertaining to Securitization/ taxation impact and other circulars pertaining to the same and ensuring a true sale

- Earmarking of pool in the system to identify it as sold off and maintain data Investor/ tranche wise

- Rating of a pool and keeping tracks of pool/ Investor compliances/ MIS and pool management

- Ensure timely payment of receivables/ timely reporting to Investor and delinquency monitoring

- Responsible for calculations pertaining to securitization

Desired Profile:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance having 5-6 years of experience

- Candidate should have experience with securitization transactions in India with respect to NBFC

- Candidate should possess good knowledge of priority sector and pool identification with respect to guidelines

- Should be well versed with guidelines of 2006 and 2012 guidelines and guidelines pertaining to the structure

- Should be an enthusiastic team player

- Candidate should have analytical abilities

- Should be able to multitask and work under pressure
