Job Responsibilities: - Gather all the relevant information required for successful project completion. - Implementation of New Processes. - Runs various projects for Cost saving, process improvements &amp; increase customer satisfaction. - Publish calendar for reviews and keep the relevant stakeholders informed in advance. - Process &amp; Publish reviews about project activities being performed. - Organizing meeting with stakeholders for next course of action in any specific project. - Support all processes &amp; help in closure of all critical points with the help of stakeholders - Keep proper documentation and data management for any management review or update. - Creation of a continuous improvement process and implementation of the same. - Participates in various projects of other departments/Functions. - Shares ideas as well as best practices to achieve the organization goals - Participates in company's long-term strategies. - Responsible for formulating business strategies with the heads of different departments. - Policy formulation &amp; studying the effects of strategies and policies. If found ineffective, suggests revision in policy and its implementation. - Submits the performance reports to the senior management for periodical reviews. - Has to check whether all the processes are being executed as per plan. - Must be able to troubleshoot any conflicts arising in the processes either independently or with a team of experts. - Ensuring adherence to internal &amp; external audit requirements. - To liaise with departments to accomplish day to day activities. - To provide effective feedback &amp; coach subordinates. - Implement and act in accordance with the organization's information security policy to ensure data protection. - Has to check whether all the processes are being executed as per plan. Desired Profile : - Excellent Communication skills/Interpersonal Skills. - Proven track record in improving skills for target achievement by individual and teams. - Overall more than 4 years of experience in Operations and should have 3-4 years managerial experience in Operations management. - Fluent in English &amp; Hindi languages. - Knowledge of the Indian Finance industry.
