Home Credit - Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing - Online Business

The online business at Home Credit India is a newly conceptualized line of business with potential to be the biggest customer acquisition channel; where customer acquisition, application processing, loan disbursal and product fulfillment enabled online. In the entire online process this profile will be a key resource to manage HCI relationships with the outside world either (though not limited) in domain of customer acquisition and product fulfillment

Manager/Sr. Mgr. Marketing (online business) will have direct ownership of the following levers:

- Engage online company & associations to scale for suitable tie up with HCI in domain of:

a) Ecommerce portals

b) Payment gateways

c) Online wallets

d) Third party service providers

- Provide primary relationship & business management of vendor partners associated with HCI for online business

- Focus & actively pursue opportunities to deepen HCI relationships with on boarded partners as measured by key revenue, customer & growth parameters assigned to online business.

- Responsible for vendor partners on boarding, churn, retention & scale

- Provide robust servicing consisting of regular meetings, monthly presentations, agreed response times & matrix and in-depth post campaign reporting.

- Identify key growth indicators and metrics for online business, develop key metrics to enhance, nurture and get the business performance

- Work with cross-functional departments, e.g. Finance, Risk and Technology to deliver consolidated results & deliver unique & often complex solutions.

- To be successful in this role, the applicant needs to have a combination of good project management and business skills

Manager/Senior Manager- Marketing is a critical role to the HCI online business ecosystem, with multiple partners across different categories. This segment will drive a significant share of transactions in future. The Manager/Sr. Mgr. - Marketing will work as an Individual Contributor & will report into the AVP Marketing - online.

Skill Set:

- 2+ years in business development or key account management role from B2B domain

- Technical skills: understanding of online marketing & sales space.
