Summary:

Providing training in operational risk management across the country

Responsibility for maintaining awareness of operational risk among employees at all levels

Ensure a unique methodology for operational risk management across the country

Job responsibilities:

Responsibility for ensuring unique methodology for operational risk management across the country

Creating, updating and maintenance of relevant policies and guidelines

Transfer of know-how and best practices in the management op. risks within the country

Identifying and understanding of training needs in the area of operational risk

Preparation, development and update training materials

Leadership training within the country for employees at all levels

Ensuring the quality of operational risk management within the country

Participation in implementation of management tools op. risks

Participation in communication with SPOCs for the OP risk from all the functions

Ensuring supporting documentation

Any assistance to employees in the country concerning the OP Risk management

Desired Profile:

Experience with leadership training, tutoring (at least 2 years)

Experience in creating training materials and presentations

Knowledge of operational risk

Knowledge and work experience in financial, banking, risk management best

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Excellent command of English spoken and written (frequent communication with foreign countries)

Excellent communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent use of English

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Organizational skills
