Summary: This role is responsible to enhance consumer understanding among the team. The incumbent is responsible for all qualitative market research projects. The person will be responsible to manage research projects end-to-end, both in-house and outsourced to agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business problem from business teams and stakeholders - Approach the business problem with a consultative mindset - Define the business objectives and key research objectives - Formulate research instruments like discussion guides, create a sample plan - Conduct FGDs and In-depth interviews, also manage agencies in case of larger projects - Analyse content and create well-thought out reports which are insightful and actionable for the business - Communicate results to business teams and stakeholders, and get insights implemented into business decisions - Build a culture of consumer understanding by being the - customer's voice- as an outcome of these projects Desired Profile: - Masters degree in market research, psychology, sociology OR MBA Marketing- Build a culture of consumer understanding by being the - customer's voice- as an outcome of these projects - Knowledge of marketing concepts - product, pricing, communications - Adept at culling out consumer insights through discussions and conversations - Excellent skills in preparing discussion guides, report writing and presentation Who should join? - If you are willing to face new challenges and want to apply your data knowledge for growth / future of company, then Home Credit can give you this opportunity. - Home Credit can provide you platform to show your skills & suggest valuable ideas to company.
