Summary :

The purpose of this job is to support the Digital Marketing initiatives of Home Credit in India. The job will involve supporting key pillars of digital marketing - Managing the Website & other digital portals, Social media communication, listening & Digital media advertising, optimization/reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the online messaging and communications across web, digital and social media.

- Reporting and analysis of campaigns, showing total impact of online marketing activities as it relates to traffic, leads, and overall marketing ROI.

- Manage the website (Drupal) and management for all business, communication. Handle Google analytics and reporting of key metrics. (Should have understanding of Google 360, Social Listening technology)

- Manage social media channels and ensure consistency through these platforms and channels - with engagement (Including Communication > Publishing  Listening Analytics)

- Proactively communicate findings from online marketing efforts and provide recommendations to leverage these findings.

- Ensure SEO efforts deliver value for the new website which is launching in January

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to gather requirements and to translate business needs into technical execution for digital marketing campaigns.

- Manage and online marketing lead generation efforts, including search engine marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, third party channels

- Work closely and build strong relationship with the marketing mangers to maximize the effectiveness of marketing programs to drive both quantity and quality of leads, improve conversion to opportunities and drive increased revenue

- Stay current on industry best practices.

Desired Skils :

- Preferred Digital Marketing Certification from a reputed institute, along with BTech/MBA

- Should have spent at-least 3 years in core Digital marketing function

- 3-6 years previous experience in online marketing in a consumer lending or FinTech company

- Strong working knowledge of marketing tools - social listening platforms, GA 360 and Drupal

- Strong web site development/optimization and landing page creation skills

- Extensive working knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

- Experience in FinTech marketing - preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Preferably should hold Google Adwords, Digital Marketing and/or Google Analytics Certification

- Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEO, SEM, Social, web and mobile with a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint

- Experience working with both internal and external teams to provide the data and design direction required to implement new campaigns and build online platforms (web/social)

- Demonstrated experience using web analytics and metrics to gain insights and drive business decisions.

- Experience managing social media marketing, large scale digital campaigns and SEO

- Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Relevant stakeholder management

- Drive for results and ROI, while executing new ideas

- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
