Home Credit - Manager - Business Efficiency - Sales Analytics (4-7 yrs)
Summary
The position holder will be part of Sales Efficiency team which is responsible for providing Analytical & data support to Sales department.
Job Responsibility
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
- Communicate with management team regularly
- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
Desired Profile
- Should have 4 to 7 years of experience in industry.
- Must be a Graduate/Post Graduate
- Relevant work experience in similar industry (Banking/Finance/NBFC) with high competency in using Analytical tools like Excel, Power-BI, Oracle SQL, R
- Capability to take Independent decisions & able to handle all situation.
- Willing to work as Individual Contributor.
- Willing to work as a Team Player & strongly willing to delivery good results to company.
- Strong communication & presentation skills, knowledge of MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
- Good Knowledge of Statistical analyses, modeling, forecasting, optimization, Data Mining, Research, experimenting and Data Preparation for Analytical processes.
