Summary of the job:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing input on proposing, evaluating and selecting appropriate design alternatives which meet HR requirements and are consistent with Business current standards and processes. Also, Act as an expert for BI benefits across the organization; promote BI usage to relevant departments.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and implement technical enhancements of HR Data Warehouse, Data quality management.

- Monitoring and maintenance of all components that make up the HR Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence infrastructure.

- Define technical requirements, technical and data architectures for the hr data warehouse.

- Recommend supplemental HR data warehouse technologies if needed.

- Solve critical HR needs by modeling the business intelligence database environments. Logically and physically model source system and business intelligence databases and ensure the overall health and performance of the business intelligence database environment, conducting facilitated sessions, and working with developers to create database views as necessary.

- Coordinate new data development, ensuring consistency and integration with existing data HR warehouse structure. Recommend strategy for database security.

- Present and provide the HR system integration architectural solutions and approach to meet the stakeholder requirements

- Ensure we create and maintain leading edge technologies and techniques for delivering vital information to our customers on some of the Home Credit's largest and most complex data sets.

- Develop and enhance existing Home Credit statistical models by leveraging best-in-class modeling techniques.

- Interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

- Partnering with other teams to develop HR System Capabilities and other predictive logic(s) that will help in optimal decision.

Desired profile:

- Experience in designing and building data warehouse solutions to support BI

- Prior experience In SQL/R programming and/or statistical modeling

- Master's Degree In Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering Or related fields from Premium Institutes only
