Key Account management experience :
- Minimum of 2+ Years proven experience in a middle management position of equivalent dimension
Key Responsibility :
- Manage new business and market development - SLA and manage scope, cost, time and quality aspects.
- Handling sourcing, generation & closing of new acquisition signing leads across allocated regions.
- Ensure achievement of the sales & Revenue targets, by selling Consumer Loan.
- Identify, set up and develop new business geographies.
- Business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of targets.
- Create and Execute innovative ideas to succeed in any market situation.
- Document lessons learned, develop action plans to address lessons learned.
Objectives :
- Deliver on agreed SLAs
- Manage deliverable based on the new accounts.
- Manage team to open new accounts, big retail chains.
- Develop project plans to meet the expansion targets and manage according to given SLAs.
- Implement best practices from previous experience to improve new accounts relationship.
