Home Credit - Head - Loyalty Program

Objective:

Define, implement and continuously optimize loyalty program which will fit existing customer profile and will motivate customers for longer and more frequent relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Defining the loyalty program considering the customer needs, best loyalty practices,as well as loyalty programs of main competitors.

- Working together with other relevant functions (Marketing, Sales, Online, PMO, etc) for implementation of the loyalty program.

- Defining and management of the communication strategy with customers and retailers/partners regarding loyalty related topics.

- Maintaining the loyalty program by updating the benefits and partners involved.

- Conduct surveys with partners and customers in order to permanently improve loyalty benefits available and the processes behind them.

- Prepare business requirements and ensure communication with relevant functions regarding loyalty platform support development and any further changes in the process.

- Defining a process leading to maximization of loyalty benefits transparency and simplicity and minimization of the complexity of loyalty program management.

- Managing the P&L of the loyalty program.

- Establishing right KPIs and managing the program performance.

Desired Profile:

- University degree - Marketing, Business administration, Finance or Banking

- 7+ years practical experience in the area of loyalty programs for customers: development and management, management and maintenance of discount platforms or online discounts/offers management; communication to customers and partners

- Good understanding of digital channels / technology

- Leadership to develop, implement and manage a complex loyalty program involving multiple functions in the company, customers and network of partners

- Strategic perspective, good market / customer understanding

- Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills

- Strong analytical skills
