- Support country to deliver their cross-sell sales results on time and on budget
Products & Financials
- Maintain product portfolio profitability at required levels/targets
- Manage the customer portfolio campaigns with a focus on profitability optimization
Risk
- Cooperate with RISK department and keep risk indicators under control
Reporting & Control
- Track the performance of cross sell campaigns as well as profitability of portfolio
- Improve current reporting system and develop new reports to better capture portfolio and campaign performance
Marketing
- Responsible for Point of Sales (POS) merchandise production, distribution and placement
- Deliver required POS merchandise coverage within the budget
Objective:-
- Develop new cross-selling techniques, products and channels to optimize cross-sell performance
- Improve & Optimize current cross-sell processes and product portfolio and continuously work on their adjustment if market situation requires.
- Cooperate & Coordinate on planned and new cross-sell projects with relevant departments within the organization
- Control sales plan delivery and risk performance and help to solve the local sales and process problems.
- Analyze performance of cross-sell process and initiate improvements
- Support development of local cross-sell know how
- Manage teams of direct subordinates
