Summary :
- The task will be to build the compensation policy and market salary benchmark for Home Credit India. Providing compensation recommendations with regards to pay design, pay structuring, rewards strategy & job evaluation,
Job Responsibilities :
- Salary bench marking and analysis.
- Expertise on reward strategy, job evaluation, bench marking, pay progression, incentive design, HR analytics and performance management.
- Design and delivery of C&B strategy and programs for the Home Credit India employee Salary bench marking and analysis.
Desired Profile :
- Expert in Salary Benchmark, Have at least 4-6 years of experience in managing Compensation & Benefits department.
