Objective:

Fulfillment of sales / commercial plan through development of new sales channels and technologies.

POS excellence trough brokerage platform as a competitive advantage.

Expansion company products and services towards new geographic locations within the country.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for developing innovative fin tech applications and platform that expand the horizon of financial inclusion.

2) Need to create a platform which helps banks and NBFCs to source the borrowers, on board them, credit scoring and underwriting & monitor at a low cost.

3) Directs the operation of the processes, autonomously within established procedures and practices as well under supervision on unusual matters; reviews progress with management

4) Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.

5) Generates new and innovative solutions to given problems; takes new perspective using existing solutions; use best practice and knowledge.

6) Participation in design and implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate processes and clarify and correct procedural problems.

7) Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resources and operational challenges.

8) Provides guidance; coaching and mentoring to colleagues.

Desired Profile:

1) More than 10 years professional experience.

2) Proven fin tech start-ups experience.

3) Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

4) Proven problem-solving skills.

5) Bachelor's degree Management, Technology. MBA Tech degree as an advantage.

6) Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels inside and outside of the organization.

7) Good analytic skills (planning, operational).

8) Demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit.
