Home Credit - Business Analyst

Summary :

We are searching for an exemplary professional for our one of the verticals with Data Science Team for Business Analytics. Candidate will be responsible for providing and implementing detailed data driven recommendations to Senior Management on ways to improve key business KPIs for various functions within the organization. It will be 90/10 role where candidate will work Individual Contributor (90%) & leadership (10%) role.

Job Responsibilities :

- Deep delve into data and come up with data driven strategic recommendations to improve key business KPIs

- Will be responsible for handling adhoc Analytical Projects for various functions impacting bottom-line P&L and presenting recommendations for business functions on strategic way forward.

- Testing Hypothesis and presenting results to CXOs, supporting or refuting foraying into new products/pricing/positioning.

- Will be responsible for mentoring junior members in the team and will ensure proper learning & growth of team members from business understanding perspective

Desired Profile :

- Highly Business Oriented with articulate communication skills to present results to Senior Stakeholders

- Ability of translating problem statements into data driven solutions.

- Able to think analytically, use a systematics and logical approach to analyse data, problems and situations.

- Highly skilled in Excel, SQL & R/Python

- Working knowledge on Power-BI or any other visualization tool

- Good Database skills with exposure to Oracle (11g) systems and tools

- Good knowledge in Project Management and Program management.

- High level of Management Skills
