He / She should have preferable experience of dealing with law enforcement agencies. He / She should have logical and analytical skills. Job Responsibilities: - Conduct extensive and detailed investigations of suspicious losses and varying complexity at locations. - Proactively performs research using the Internet, data analysis tools, etc. - Conduct SIT and BI audit on investigated reports and share feedback with the seniors and team. - Lead in-depth interviews of participants, Victims or Suspected Syndicates. - Provide investigation skills, fraud awareness training and technical expertise to reporting staff. - Identify wrong fraudulent practices prevailing outside and within the organization. - Conducting Seeding and Mystery shopping activity. Tracking the performance of Local Mystery agency and train them to excel. - Vendor Management and Liaison with law enforcement agencies and extending required support. - Managing internal stakeholders and provide appropriate feedback as required. - Recover absconding employ assets and money through Team member. - Responsible for achieving and exceeding team's defined metrics through sustainable change or process improvement.&nbsp; - The role involves daily monitoring team performance, huddles, productivity, shrinkage, attendance etc. - Investigating internal fraud and Help line cases and converting into FIR and arrest. Should have strong competency in police Liasoning.
