Home Credit - Assistant Manager - Reporting & Analytics/Underwriting

Job Responsibilities:

1) Develop proposals for underwriting strategies optimizations, including usage of external data (bureau data / SMS data / banking transactions data / payment gateways data etc.)

2) Reviewing and managing effectiveness of risk scorecards

3) Implementation of changes in underwriting strategies

4) Developing standardized regular and ad-hoc reporting for various levels of management

5) Coaching of junior staff regarding technical solutions and data analysis techniques

6) Cooperation with various Business departments

Desired Profile:

1) Masters degree in mathematics/statistics/engineering/economic from top level university

2) 3+ years of work experience in data analytics/data science/statistical scorecards, preferably in credit risk domain

3) Understanding of risk underwriting concepts like early delinquency rates, approval rates, acquisition quality parameters etc. would be preferred

5) Excellent problem solving, thinking outside the box

6) Pro-active approach, like to challenge status quo, always finding better ways to deliver tasks

7) Knowledge of SQL and Python/R for data analytics, Tableau/another visualization tool

8) Understanding of Credit bureau data

9) Basic usage of MS office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

10) Fluent in English
