Summary Person will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of Projects and quality to meet business needs. Role requires person manage the entire training function in the aligned LOB and will be responsible to drive improvement through various training initiatives. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for managing process quality. - Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction. - Lead various learning initiatives via new hire training, cross-training, continuous learning, and e-learning environments - Work with the stakeholders to review and improve process compliance. - Should have successfully deployed process quality projects. - Leads weekly quality & training reviews with business stakeholders - Conduct TNI and TNA analysis across LOB to identify training needs - Set up E learning modules to improve effectiveness and training employees online in case of staffing challenges - Responsible for preparing weekly newsletter with changes/developments in training programs, New case studies - Conduct workshops on Coaching skills & Business Communication - Documentation of existing and changed aligned processes. - Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives. - Coordinate communication activities and market the process and results by publicising goals, plans, progress and results. - Develop comprehensive metric driven approach for all process improvement activities - Ensure process issues are addressed quickly and improvements are implemented to ensure desired results - Analyzing the gap; taking necessary actions to improve the performance to close the gap - Defining policies, suitable standards, guidelines and processes based on industry best practices - Data driven approach for analysis, corrective and preventive actions. - Define and ensure a metric and CTQs for aligned processes. - Measure and the existing performance of aligned processes - Content Design and Delivery Desired Profile: - - Graduate in any stream/Post Graduation is added advantage - 4-8 years of experience in consumer finance / insurance / NBFC/BPO - Previous Risk & Fraud training experience would be given preference - Relevant Tertiary qualification - Excellent knowledge of domain - Proven process improvement, business engineering qualifications - Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation - Proven leadership skills and business acumen - performance driven. - Ability to successfully lead complex projects & initiatives - Should possess people and change management skills - Candidates with certifications like six sigma, lean, PMP etc. will be preferred Who should join - A person who is willing to learn best processes / practices in the industry - Learning & Researching - Achieving Personal Work Goals and Objectives - Ability to lead - Hands on experience MS-Office applications like Word, Excel, PPT etc. - Should be process and result oriented - Exceptional documentation skills on generating process and procedure docs
