Summary: To ensure smooth functioning of facility functions of Zonal Office in North Job Responsibilities: - Assist the zonal office facility manager smooth functioning of facility operations at zonal office. - Lead the zonal office facility team in absence of the zonal facility manager - Assist the zonal facility manager in ensuring that SOP's for security, housekeeping, cafeteria and other policies are being followed as per defined guidelines - Assist the facility manager in ensuring timely preventive maintenance of equipment- s/building at zonal office. - Assist the zonal facility manager in ensuring proper transport management at zonal office-shuttle and local cabs. - Assist the zonal facility manager in execution of emergency preparedness-emergency guidelines &amp; medical assistance at zonal office - Assist the zonal facility manager in fixed asset management at zonal office - Assist and support the zonal facility manager in driving key projects in zonal office planned by the Head of facilities - Assist the zonal facility a manager zonal office accruals &amp; invoicing. Desired Profile: - MBA/PG with 3-5 years of experience in Facility Management. - Hands-on experience in managing large facility including maintenance, office infrastructure, Guest houses, cafeteria, house-keeping, security, courier, transportation, horticulture, purchases, etc - Experience in handling AMC contracts for the maintenance of office building, infrastructure, office equipment, machinery and other assets of the organization. - Experience in maintenance of Air Conditioners, DG Sets, Air Compressors, UPS, Fire Alarm, CCTV, PA System, Printers/ Photocopiers, Fax Machines, Office Lighting &amp; Phones etc - Experience in liaising with Government agencies Who should join? - Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail - Commitment to teamwork and business objectives - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
