The Brand Sales team will evangelise and sell advertising solutions to brand advertisers across Industry. Educate Direct Client - Marketing heads-digital agencies / advertisers various solutions that HIQ has to offer.

- This team will be responsible for penetrating the market and creating sizeable revenues from brand advertisers across various categories.

- Minimum 5-6 years of Digital ad sales experience. Overall 7-9 years of Work Ex- Well versed with the Mumbai Clients and Corporate advertising.

- Will be required to know and have strong relationships with Clients across brands in the west market and should have a client focused approach for sales.

- Brand solutions and Corporate Brand solutioning experience is must. Content Selling experience of at least 1-2 years is a valuable add on. Strong ideation and presentation/ PowerPoint skillset to be able to provide quick solutions to immediate and important campaign briefs Direct client relationships at senior marketing levels ( marketing heads) is must.

- Strong Client relationships -marketing head/managers across industry like FMCG/IT/AUTO/BFSI/Travel/Durables/Mobile manufacturers and Telco's Individual contributor to business and revenue at large Proactive with strong leadership ability and capability to lead teams and bring about quick solutions on the table.

- Strong track record in developing leads, setting appointments and conducting face to face client meetings and translating them into revenue Excellent communication skills, especially strong presentation skills with a knack for consultative selling Self Driven Individual who proactively identifies opportunities and makes things happen.

- Strong analytical & numerical skills with Commercial awareness Proven ability of effectively selling Products/Services and forging client partnerships over a period of time.

Excellent Relationship Management Skills.

- Very strong written and verbal communications skills

- A successful track record in the Ad Sales space in India is a pre-requisite.

- Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling

- Strong team Person and excellent in inter-personal relations

- Quick learner of understanding ongoing impact of technology on mobile media .

- Hunger to outperform in a fast growing environment

- We are looking for a Sales Head to lead the North Market for Brands across all categories. This candidate will bring in exisiting relationships with advertisers and agencies while cultivating new relationships, managing sales his/her pipeline, forecasting revenue quarterly and helping the product/marketing teams gain valuable feedback from clients. Having worked in Content solutions and / or Travel domain is a plus.

- The Job involves anchoring all the digital media sales activities for a region. This involves actively pitching to brands and presenting them with creative brand solutions. Needs to have and be able to drive lots of contacts in the industry. Needs to know and quickly get connected with all major media buying agencies to be able to liaison with them on a daily basis. Owns revenue targets and pushes for them actively. Will be needed to push internal stakeholders in the company on new inventory, solutions etc. to grow the business. Will need to be able to straddle sales of large bundled offerings and not typical banner campaigns

- Skill Set Sound sales and operations knowledge and experience in the digital domain. Creative bend for brand solutions Excellent Communication Skills Good presentation & planning skills - ability to derive & forecast annual plans for review. Understanding of the Online Industry Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills Good Analytical skills for analysing products, customers and market dynamics.

- Focus and ability to achieve competitive revenue targets Ability to prioritize competing demands, Willingness to travel Flair for taking up responsibilities independently. Display of Clear leadership skills in the field.
