Purpose of the role:- To deliver on the committed outcomes for key client categories

Background:

The Sales Team of HolidayIQ sells advertisement products to 3 key categories of clients. The Deliverables to the key categories of clients are as follows:

- Category 1 : Online Travel Agencies : Deliverable - number of customer clicks to the OTA websites

- Category 2 : Offline Travel Agencies : Deliverable - number of customer leads (validated enquiry forms)

- Category 3 : Media buyers / Ad agencies : Deliverable - number of impressions of ads displayed on the HIQ.com site

- The key metrics for the AVP : Business Operations will be the monthly accrued revenue arising out of Clicks, Leads and Display ads by delivering superior value for each client leading to increase in retention rate and repeat business

Job Overview:

- To lead the website monetization strategy and execution for achieving the revenue per visitor goals set by the organization.

- This role will focus on website conversions, customer acquisition, go to market strategy, sales performance management, operations, new revenue streams, new product offerings, online media products, lead generation and market execution.

Responsibilities:

- Own accrued revenue and revenue per visitor targets

- Meet and Exceed expectation value delivery goals for each HolidayIQ clients

- Client Retention and Repeat business

- Define, track and drive actions that can influence key revenue metrics

- Develop data-driven insights to identify and prioritize growth initiatives

- Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to ensure delivery of key metrics that has a direct impact on revenue goals of the organization

- Collaborate with the product and engineering team on product development.

- Perform regular analysis to understand the efficacy of marketing channels used as they relate to cost of acquisition and customer lifetime value

- Integrate planning and execution along with appropriate financial information to ensure that operational leading indicators can be used to predictably deliver financial performance.

- Develop sales performance metrics, systems and processes to enhance productivity

- Constant innovation on media products or solutions to deliver greater value to advertisers resulting in incremental revenues

- Business performance analysis and presentation

- Excellent presentation | communication skills – written and verbal – comfort presenting at senior levels – implicit capabilities in MS Excel & PowerPoint

- Self-motivated and able to take direction and run quickly with initiatives.

- Result-oriented and driven with the ability to work under extremely tight deadlines.
