We are now on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about solving problems, have the ability to anticipate and find innovative solutions, wield data and intuition in equal measure & hustle to get them executed then we want to hear from you.

As a successful product manager at hoichoi, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap & delivering an exceptional user experience for our users globally. You will influence leaders & other cross-functional teams to work through complex business challenges.

We expect you to :

- Have an astute customer understanding and have a customer-focused approach to solving problems. You will identify and fill product gaps and build innovative features, improve user experience & drive growth.

- Create buy-in for product vision internally and with key external partners

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

- Work closely with the engineering teams to deliver in time and with optimal resources.

- Ensure promotional plans are in line with the product strategy & the value proposition is effectively conveyed.

Requirements :

- Post Graduate with proven work experience in consumer technology products.

- Experience in building scalable platforms & working on complex cross-functional products

- An entrepreneurial & progressive mindset with a data-driven approach and flair for business context and metrics

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Highly desirable - A technical background with understanding/ hands-on experience in software development & web technologies
