- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, professional services and other commercial agreements and documents, including (but not limited to) non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, resale, lease, distribution, and licensing agreements. - Contract management, arrangement and management of files, creating reports pursuant to the same and advising on status as and when required. - Working closely on commercial and legal issues with the business and other stakeholders. Working with external legal advisors and internal legal department on corporate litigations/arbitrations; managing and co-coordinating external legal resources. - Keeping up to date with all related laws by research. Researching and analyzing laws that may create risk for or otherwise affect the company; counseling internal business clients on the business implications of these laws. - Ensuring statutory compliance's across all areas of the business. Qualifications - Must be a law graduate (preferably from premier law college) and have substantive legal knowledge in the following areas: intellectual property, litigation, Contract law, Commercial law. - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience - Good drafting and communication skills - A CS Degree is desirabe - Able to work under pressure - Strong attention to detail
