Description - 

Reporting into the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for-

- Leading the supply chain for the plant operations

- Managing the inbound and outbound logistics function

- Managing the planning activities to ensure the smooth flow of operations

- Leading the warehouse management team to keep inventory at optimum levels

- Lead the procurement activities in close collaboration with the strategic sourcing team

- Personal and professional development of a large team of individuals

Profile

In order to apply successfully to this role, you will be:

- An engineering graduate with at least 12 years of relevant work experience

- Plant based supply chain experience with an organisation in the electrical industry

- A strong track record of supply chain experience and results

- Demonstrable team management experience
