Objective of The Role: To lead and verify the QA Functional activities related to quality to comply with effectiveness of quality monitoring system
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Raw, Semi finished and Finished goods quality as per Statutory and company Standards
- Ensure the Packaging material quality as per DDL specification
- Monitoring the Curd cultures requirement and indenting the required cultures
- Monitoring the Curd culture cost and Recommending the Curd culture Combinations and bring down the cost as much as possible with superior quality at across the group
- Monitoring the Regional QA manpower activities and identifying the training needs & train them on updated/required testing procedures
- Monitoring and ensuring the SSOP as per the schedule and escalate any deviation / abnormality to both Admin & Functional incharges
- Arranging Calibrated Equipment's/glass ware and Laboratory chemicals required for entire region
- Attending the market complaint and Analyzing for route cause and suggested for redressal
- Monitoring and ensuring food safety Mgt system (ISO2200) for entire region (coordinating internal audits, MRM ETC)
- Ensure and monitor TS (Total Solids) balance for allotted CC's and Packing Plants
- Ensure and monitor product traceability mechanism for entire food chain
- Conduct at least one food safety training quarterly once for all staff members
- Responsible for Chilling Centre visits

- Computer skills, preferable on SAP skills
