Candidate should have experience in R&D.

- Having work experience in Packaging Industry.

- Technical support to Pharmaceutical R&D to select appropriate blister packing material & convert same in to business opportunity by ensure potential molecules and monitoring the stability development to commercialization.

- Giving technical and regulatory support to Cold forming blister & lidding foil (for manufacturing site of Germany, Switzerland and Italy) Pharmaceutical customers.

- Packaging development for Formulation market

- Cost reduction projects at plant level.

- Giving support to R&D Scientist for selection of primary packs & desiccants.

- Giving support to Purchase & Sourcing for new or innovative packaging materials.

- Providing inputs to Regulatory Affairs for dossier filing.

- Providing specifications for packing materials.

- Helping projects department for selection of Packaging machinery & packing line automation.

- Change part development for Primary blister packing machine.
