Urgent hiring for HOD Maintenance for A Leading Automotive for Sanand Location.

Qualification: BE / Diploma

Budget: upto 13 LPA

Responsibility :

- Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.

- Maintains manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manages the departmental budget.

- Provides training and continuous development on all maintenance personnel.

- Able to handle the Press shop & Weld Shop independently

- Strong knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits

- Knowledge on PLC, Sensors, Hydraulic Controls, Robotics, Utility, Press Machines etc..

- Drives the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on

- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, not reactive.

- Setting and maintaining departmental budget by reviewing financial statements; monitoring line efficiencies and other expenses.

- Handles on Heavy Mechanical Presses for Trouble Shooting (50T to 2000T)

- Very strong in Root cause analysis & countermeasures by using Problem solving tools

- Reduction of spare part cost.

- Work for Maintenance for 5S activity

- Knowledge of IATF, ISO14001, requirements & SAP

- Implement the project to reduce the Power cost

- Experience in TPM activity will added advantage

- Experience from Automobile, Auto Ancillary, Auto Components
