Primary Accountabilities/ Responsibilities for this position are:

To provide leadership and mentoring of the Core Mechanical department in planning, implementation & direct all the departmental activities through standard procedures, quality systems & technical documentation i.e. compliance of relevant codes, standards, safety norms and adherence to project budget & schedules. To take up, improve best engineering practices, update the corporate technical documentation, i.e. design guides, manuals, specifications & statutory requirements & regulations.

Management of departmental activities & project schedules. Department deliverables issued inline with project schedules, Management of overall quality engineering. Maintenance of Quality of vendors- products & processes. Keeping abreast with state of art technologies. Strengthen internal processes and use of latest technology to increase efficiency. People Development & maintaining sustainability in performance of all team members.

Basic/ Minimum Qualifications:

BE with 22 + years experience in engineering & project engineering management of large petrochemical complexes. Candidates should have experience in Managing Mechanical Discipline including Rotary, Static and Packages Equipment.
