HOD/Deputy Manager - Plant Logistics & Supply Chain - Manufacturing

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Responsibility of planning and execution of packed materials according to order

- Freight Management optimizing cost

- Compliance Adherence

- Safety adherence

- Dispatch Material reconciliation with accounts

- Ensure timely and efficient movement of material according to order and schedule

- Negotiation with vendors for cost optimization

- Need to ensure the compliances by the transporter and other interested parties

- Need to ensure the safety in logistics operations

- Implement FIFO method on finished goods dispatches

- Rack planning and movement / handling work

- Reconciliation with account for dispatch material

- Knowledge on SAP

Required Candidate profile:

- B.Com / M.com with MBA in Supply Chain or Material Management

- 7- 12 yrs of experience of handling Logistics and Supply Chain in plant setup

- Candidate with prior experience in fertilizer, specialty chemical and cement industry will only be considered.

- Prior exp in rail and road logistics mandatory.

- Proficient in SAP and MS Office

- Well-versed SCM best practices.

- Planning, organizing and execution skills

- Analytical and decision Skills

- Vendor Negotiations and Management

- Communication Skill

- IT Skills

- Candidates willing to relocate to Udaipur may only apply.

- Natives of Rajasthan / North India will be preferred.
