HobSpace - Product Manager - User Experience

As a Product Manager, User Experience, you will be expected to develop and establish a strong process to streamline the development and integration cycle and ensure the execution of operational processes.

Core Responsibilities

- Strong technical understanding of deliverables and risk management/risk mitigation

- Driving a culture of getting things done on time with high quality

- Ability to follow-up and coordinate with internal stakeholders

- Develop program indicators to manage program health including quality and timelines

- Develop and establish strong processes that streamline the development cycle and help integrate multiple plans, dependencies and deliverables effectively

- Analyze Big Data and come up with workable insights

- Devise statistical tests to comprehensively diagnose the problem statement

Minimum Requirement/Qualifications:

- MBA, MS, BTech

- Experience in MySQL/Python/MS Excel is valuable

- Good Analytical & Logical reasoning skills

- Proficient in MS Excel (Trend analysis/Forecasting/Reporting) / database applications and other BI Suites.

- Familiar with Industry Standard CRM/equivalent and incident tracking management systems

- Ability to work independently

- Quick learner with a desire to learn new technologies and platforms
