Product Research Team

Market Intelligence Analyst (3 - 5 years)

- Role Overview:

- Working as part of the Market Intelligence and Analytics team the Analyst will be working on research projects/tasks. He will be an integral part of the ongoing research projects across the team and will play a crucial role in delivery of Product Research

- As a Research Analyst, you will be wearing multiple hats from quantitative analysis, presentations & insights, and case studies. It's a multi-faceted role inclusive of analysis, & reporting

- Job Description:

- Provide well-researched analysis and actionable intelligence to determine market trend analysis, product research, competitive benchmarking, product benchmarking and technology trend analysis

- Oversee projects/tasks assigned to ensure that the stakeholders strategic thinking has been translated into actionable goals

- Extensive research and analysis of high tech AI products, features and trends to support product decision-making

- Conduct technology research by assisting senior executives through wide-ranging secondary literature searches. Knowledge in the IT/ICT domain would be added advantage

- Demonstrated ability to relay ideas, engage into communication and work in global teams Reveal the secondary research data story through expert analysis, interpretation, and data visualization that clearly conveys key takeaways using Power point or other data visualization tools

- Gather and evaluate relevant market and competitor information to review market position, determine threats, benchmark competitor marketing activities, and regularly advise of activities - acquisitions, marketing efforts, press releases, etc.

- Strong appetite to dive deep into a given content terrain to develop expertise and distill key findings, gather, and evaluate relevant market and competitor information (scrolling through reports from BIG4 (KPMG, PWC, EY & Deloitte) & advisory firms for e.g., McKinsey, Gartner etc.)

- Needs sound knowledge in secondary research methods

- Support written research attributed to study findings. Provide peer review to ensure accurate data usage, interpretation, and compelling secondary research data visualizations

- Education, Training, and Work Experience

- Bachelor's in Engineering and Master's (MBA) in fields such as management etc. (if not MBA) (Exception - If already worked in research and/or management consulting companies experience over 3.5 is acceptable)

- 3 - 5 years of research and/or management consulting experience from ICT (Information communications technology) or IT company

- Skills Set Requirement

- Proficiency and fluency in English, MS Office, Statistical tool knowledge is add-on

- Experience in Market Research and Consulting

- Desirable: Secondary research experience, Strong analytical and data visualization expertise

- Ability to gather, analyze, restructure, identify and create original insights from qualitative and/or quantitative data

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, sensitive to timelines and meets deadlines

- Candidate should be a quick learner, Self-motivator, and problem solver

- Knowledgeable about the webinars, online conferences, and summits is add-on

- Team player and a good sense of diplomacy
