- Devise the overall marketing strategy for the brand (online and offline)

- Oversee all the creatives such as photoshoots, content development etc.

- Manage social media marketing

- Content writing skills

- Handle brand promotions

- Brand communication

- Develop strategic insights based on competitor research

- Analyse data through measurable performance metrics for brand visibility, email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and website performance

- Communicate with founders pro-actively on new marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

- Moderating and if needed, writing and delivering content for the brand

- To develop, groom and hire (when needed) social media marketing professionals, influencer marketing professionals, graphic designers, content marketers etc.
