Hmsa Consultancy Services - Senior Consultant - Management Consulting

Roles / Responsibility:

- Execute consulting projects - independently, as well as in teams

- Guide Analysts, consultants / project teams, client counterparts in consulting project execution

- Develop project deliverables in time bound manner as per project deadlines

- Review work of project associates / hired third party experts for integration into main deliverables

- Develop proposals, make presentations to clients for winning projects and communicating project advise

- Conduct analysis, undertake brain-storming, solve client problems and draft reports

- Maintain and build client relationships for securing work on a consistent basis

- Handle project administrative tasks like billings, collections, associate member contracts, meetings etc.

- Support business development efforts of the Firm including by leveraging personal / professional relationships

- Any other suitable professional tasks as may be assigned by the CEO

Experience / Attributes:

Technical Capabilities:

About 4 to 8 years experience in a management consulting / advisory organization

- Experience of executing feasibility studies, detailed project reports, business process reviews, business plans, process improvement, corporate strategy, organizational restructuring etc.

- Experience in developing financial models

- Good analytical ability, logical reasoning skills, number crunching & computing skills

- Complete conversance with use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) etc.

- Sound awareness of Indian Economy, Global economy and of Indian corporate world

- Proven track record of executing consulting projects independently and in teams, including under time constraints

- Proven strong capabilities in at least one of the 3 service lines viz. - Strategic Planning / Performance Improvement / Transaction Support (Visit website: www.hmsaconsultancy.com for coverage details)

- Knowledge of the Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Capital markets will be preferred

Educational Qualifications: MBA or CA
