- Monthly / Quarterly Revenue Target Setting for Sales Function
- Monitoring Achievement of Targets Vs Budgets and Variance Analysis
- Business Partnering with Specific Channels ( eg Emerging Channel) with the objective of enhancing Revenue and Gross Margins
- OPEX Management and Reporting, Responsible for Logistics Cost & Care Cost monitoring and monthly closing relating to these areas.
- Customer (Distributors) Engagement to support Onboarding and Deboarding basis company policy framework
- Support Pricing Management in close collaboration with Sales and Product Team
- Incentive Management including Customer Offers to enhance Revenue with policy framework
- Responsible for Managing EMS (Vendors) issues from a Finance Perspective, Reconciliations, Timely Payments of Vendors etc
- Review Inventory in regular intervals and collaborate with Sales and Logistics for aggressive liquidation
- Preparation and Consolidation of Channel Level profitability,
- Consolidation of P&L for multiple countries.
