Business Analytics Manager - HMD Global Role : - Our Global Analytics team is looking for Analytics Manager to drive new innovations in data analytics and shaping the company to be more data driven. Analytics Manager will be responsible for creating KPI frameworks with the functional business owners in the area of operations, sales, marketing, retail and care. - The frameworks must be translated into analytical tools and dashboards, which can be used by functional teams to run their day to day operations as well as solve business issues. The role is also expected to carry to customized data analytics to answer business questions from time to time. Key Responsibilities : - The role is a hands-on manager role, which requires interfacing with Business Function and IT teams. - Product owner of analytics dashboards and reporting for operations, sales, marketing, retail and care functions - Managing a team of developers running in agile model to develop & deliver the analytics tools and dashboards - Build in-depth understanding of the marketing, sales, care, retail and operations functions - Work with business stakeholders to understand business problems & use analytics to solve them and guide business stakeholders in defining more relevant metrics and reporting. - Run customized analytics to address business questions raised by the stakeholders - Develop and communicate insights across company - Educate and support stakeholders to utilize existing data and making data based decisions - Participates in development of analytics tools and processes Qualification & Experience : - Postgraduate in Business Administration - Proven track record in Business Analytics & Insights - Experience in managing developer teams - Strong experience in developing reporting tools/dashboards - Industry Preference Internet, E-commerce, Big Data - Relevant work experience of 6-8 years Competencies : - Strong analytical and mathematical skills - Proficiency with analytics reporting tools and data visualization tools (Power BI) - Experience from agile model. - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as in cross functional teams - Excellent reporting & communication skills Location : Gurugram (India) Travel : Ability to travel 15% of time
