HM Clause - Manager - Corporate Tax & Regional Coordinator

- Partner with the external tax advisors to prepare the Tax returns, and related International tax returns ensuring completeness and accuracy as well as ensure compliance with the Global Transfer Pricing policy requirements.

- Responsible for the development, implementation, and interpretation of local, state, federal and global policies as they relate to taxes and compliance.

- Implement strategies to minimize on a corporate tax liability in accordance with current tax laws.

- Works with tax advisors in completing and filing various monthly, quarterly, and annual local, state, and federal tax returns for HM.CLAUSE India.

- Analyzes the financial statements to forecast the future tax impact as part of the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

- Identifies and researches tax issues as they arise and prepares written recommendation for appropriate accounting measures to ensure Local GAAP and IFRS compliance.

- Ad hoc reporting as required for local and international initiatives and other projects as assigned.

- Responsible for the journal entries and monthly reconciliation of all tax balance sheets, income and expense accounts to include any activities related to the month-end, quarter-end and year-end tax close.

- Participates in special projects as opportunities arise and within established timeframes, takes ownership of projects and follows through to completion (i.e. tax withholdings, dividends, etc.).

- Supporting and Co ordinating HMC Vietnam and HMC Thailand in implementing group tax policies (group declarations & reporting)
