Opportunity
Hiver is looking for a recruitment lead who will be responsible for the execution of end to end recruitment process. This role will involve 50% of team handling and 50% as an individual contributor. He /She will also be responsible for coming up with innovative hiring strategies right from understanding the current vacancies to closing the needs.
Responsibilities -
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to determine the needs of the organization.
- Partners with recruiters and hiring managers with a purpose of identifying specifics of the position, attributes of the successful candidate, and a timeline for the search.
- Utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
- Develops and maintains a healthy pipeline of talent
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
- Gaining market intelligence including an understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic locations.
- Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different jobs for the team.
- Keeping abreast with the market, industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation etc.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations and suggest new ways of working.
- Fosters strong relationships with hiring managers and senior business leaders too.
- Understand open demand and define the best recruitment strategy for hiring the right talent within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure best-in-class candidate experience and fulfill organizational objectives by being the best in the industry.
- Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process.
- Handling and mentoring the recruiter team.
What we're looking for
- You must have at least 7 - 9 years of experience into recruitment
- Have at least 2 years of Team Handling experience
- Technical hiring experience in product company is a must
- SaaS experience is a huge plus.
- Previous experience with handling sales position for product companies is a plus too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
