Job Overview
AVP- Client Servicing is a strategic connection between HiveMinds and the client. The key deliverable is the consistent achievement of client targets and growth.
Experience: Minimum of 7-12 Years of experience (at least 1-2 years in ECommerce is Must)
Responsibilities and Duties :
External:
1. To drive client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients
2. Oversee and lead the Client Services and Strategy teams as they manage and grow existing client accounts
3. create and develop commercial opportunities with existing clients maximizing account and revenue growth
4. Build a pipeline of future work and ensure that the company's existing client revenue target is achieved
5. Input into the strategic direction and associated tactics of client accounts based on a strong understanding of their marketing and business objectives. To obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement
Internal:
1. Ensure smooth operations on client campaigns by aligning delivery and project management teams
2. Revenue recording, collection follow-ups and overall health of account Key Performance Indicators:
1. Revenue growth from current accounts
2. Client retention
3. Upsell
4. Client NPS
5. Internal Team feedback on the clarity of directions, client expectations setting etc
Must have skills:
1. Presentations - Story telling & PowerPoint skills
2. People management- Internal & External
3. Written & verbal communication
4. Strategic Insights & Business understanding
